Desert Heritage Real Estate was established in 2005 with a handful of associates and a dream. The founder believed that REALTORS® should be given the opportunity to customize their business and be rewarded accordingly.
We continue to expand the business and marketing plans, combining the original objective of offering the most competitive commission plans available in the market, while linking agent opportunity with an unprecedented training and resource environment for its associates to ensure success in a fiercely competitive field.
Desert Heritage has continued to thrive and grow amid the ever changing market. Our business plan resolves to evolve cautiously, with the recruitment of agents sharing values and purpose complimentary to the company’s vision.
