DHRE: How did you get started in your industry?
Jim: I obtained my Real Estate License/Broker license in the late 1980s. Moved from new home sales to custom home/subdivision development, then entered mortgage business in 2003.
DHRE: In terms of your business, how do you define success?
Jim: Customer Service, closing loans on time with rates and fees as promised.
DHRE: What sets you & your company apart from your competitors?
Jim: Its all about service. Answering the phone, giving updates, good or bad.
DHRE: If you were a Star Wars character, which one would you be and why?
Jim: Han Solo
DHRE: What is one thing that you wish more people knew about you, but remains pretty much a secret?
Jim: It’s a secret!
DHRE: What is the wackiest request that you have had from a real estate agent?
Jim: “Can you sit this open house for me? “
