My name is Cathryn Marino and I am an Associate Broker with Desert Heritage Real Estate. I am an Arizona native, residing in the Glendale area for the past twenty years. I have spent a lifetime positioning myself as a local real estate expert, buying and selling homes locally.
I am an active member of the West Maricopa County Regional Association of REALTORS® (WEMAR); the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS); and the National Association of REALTORS®. I am excited to be aligned with a full service real estate brokerage that offers the best in technology, training and support, complimenting my ability to remain on the leading edge of today’s real estate market while allowing me to represent my clients at the highest level possible.
I earned a degree in computer science and established a successful career in the telecommunications industry prior to focusing my interest and passion on real estate. Working in various leadership capacities has allowed me to develop a level of professionalism; customer service and attention to detail that serve me very well in my real estate career. I am a certified graduate of the American Institute of Interior Design, which affords me the ability to stage client homes with an eye for design, capturing a home’s best features to ensure a quick sale.
I am an avid reader and actively feed my quest to learn new things, everything from trying out new recipes to ballroom dancing, a current endeavor that I am enjoying with my husband. We hope to soon be executing the Rumba, the Salsa and the Two Step. I have been blessed with three daughters and two grandchildren and we make it a point to spend time together regularly with our extended family.
I set high standards in all areas of my life and it is my mission to deliver maximum value and integrity in all of your real estate needs. My pledge is to exceed your expectations and become your trusted real estate consultant from your first transaction with me to the very last.
